TaskiesPro notably offers:

• quizzes and diagnostics related to well-being and psychosocial risks (PSR),

• training programs and digital content (videos, documents, online modules),

• related services as described at the time of purchase.

The products are provided for informational and preventive purposes only and are intended as tools to support reflection and decision-making. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or other specialized professional advice.

 

3. Clientele
TaskiesPro’s products and services are intended exclusively for a professional clientele (companies, organizations, self-employed workers).

 

4. Orders
Orders are placed directly through the TaskiesPro website.
Any order is considered final and binding once payment has been confirmed.

 

5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), before or after taxes as specified at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
TaskiesPro does not store any banking information.

 

6. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are provided:

• through direct access after payment,

• by email,

• or via a link to a third-party platform or tool, depending on the product purchased.

TaskiesPro cannot be held responsible for technical issues related to third-party tools or platforms.

 

7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been provided,

• no cancellation is possible after content delivery.

Any exceptional request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All content sold (quizzes, training, texts, videos, materials) is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, strictly for internal use within their organization.

Any reproduction, distribution, or resale without written authorization is prohibited.

 

9. Liability
TaskiesPro does not guarantee any specific results from the use of its products.

TaskiesPro cannot be held liable for:

• decisions made by the Client based on the content,

• indirect damages, financial losses, or data loss.

TaskiesPro’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the product concerned.

 

10. Force Majeure
TaskiesPro cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control.

 

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, and any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec.
